The MYSHA Commitment

I. General Conditions:

Garments must be in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, all tags/accessories attached) and requested within 14 days of delivery via our Exchange & Return Form.

II. The Exchange Process

• First Exchange: Complimentary shipping on your first size or style swap.
• Subsequent Exchanges: Available for a standard logistics fee of 150 EGP.
• Price Balance: Differences are resolved via direct payment, Store Credit, or refund.

III. The Return Process

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after studio inspection.
• Fees: A flat 150 EGP logistics fee applies (waived for damaged/incorrect items).

التزام "مايشا" (MYSHA)

أولاً: الشروط العامة لضمان قبول طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يجب أن تكون القطع بـ حالتها الأصلية المثالية: غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، ومع كافة الملصقات والملحقات الأصلية (مثل الأحزمة). يجب تقديم الطلب خلال ١٤ يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام عبر نموذج الاستبدال والاسترجاع.

ثانياً: عملية الاستبدال

• أول استبدال: نقدم أول عملية استبدال للمقاس أو الموديل مجاناً (بدون مصاريف شحن).
• الاستبدالات اللاحقة: أي استبدال إضافي لنفس الطلب متاح مقابل رسوم شحن قدرها 150 جنيها مصريا.
• فروق الأسعار: يتم تسوية الفرق عبر الدفع المباشر، أو رصيد شراء (Store Credit)، أو استرداد بنكي.

ثالثاً: عملية الاسترجاع

• الاسترداد: يتم رد المبالغ لوسيلة الدفع الأصلية بعد فحص القطعة في الأتيليه الخاص بنا.
• الرسوم: تُخصم رسوم لوجستية قدرها ١٥٠ جنيهاً مصرياً من إجمالي المبلغ المسترد (تُلغى هذه الرسوم في حال وجود عيب صناعة). يرجى العلم أن مصاريف الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly delayed — but we’ll always keep you updated.

We do not offer "Open-Box" or doorstep inspections

Delivery Experience:

• Sealed Delivery: All orders arrive in sealed, tamper-evident packaging to ensure hygiene and garment perfection.

• Home Fitting: We do not offer "Open-Box" or doorstep inspections, allowing you to try your pieces in the privacy of your own home.

• The MYSHA Guarantee: If the fit isn't perfect, you are fully covered by our 14-day Exchange & Return Policy via our Exchange & Return Form.

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

• توصيل آمن ومغلق: لضمان أعلى معايير النظافة وجودة القطع، تصل جميع طلبات "مايشا" في تغليف مغلق تماماً.
• قياس القطع في المنزل: لا نوفر خدمة "معاينة الطرد" أو القياس عند الباب مع المندوب، وذلك لضمان خصوصيتكِ وراحتكِ في تجربة الملابس داخل منزلك.
• ضمان "مايشا": في حال لم يكن القياس مناسباً، فأنتِ محمية تماماً بـ سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع لمدة ١٤ يوماً عبر  نموذج الاستبدال والاسترجاع
